Over the weekend you may have gotten wind of the most recent rumors and allegations surrounding Atlanta-based musical couple, T.I., whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr., and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris.

Reports say a former friend of the Harris family named Sabrina Peterson took to Instagram last week to accuse the ATL couple of sexual abuse and rapper T.I. putting a gun to her head.

Since, the Family Hustle stars have issued a formal statement to Sabrina Peterson. In addition to the allegations, Peterson shared a number of accusations against the couple from other women. To follow up, she posted more than 30 detailed accounts on her Instagram Story. All from women who claimed T.I. and Tiny force-fed them drugs prior to having sex with them.

Last week, Peterson took to Instagram to talk about the instance and address the broader problem of villainizing black women for doing so,writing:

“YOU PUT A GUN TO MY HEAD IN FRONT OF CHILDREN & I NEVER CALLED THE POLICE ON YOU! But for years you have painted me as the VILLAIN!...”
On Friday, January 29th, 2021, T.I and wife Tiny Harris respond to the sexual abuse allegations posed against them in a joint statement to Billboard.

“Mr. and Mrs. Harris want to be on record and more importantly wants the public to know they emphatically deny in the strongest way possible the egregiously appalling allegations being made against them by Sabrina Peterson… The Harris’ have had difficulty with this woman for well over a decade. They are taking this matter very seriously, and if these allegations don’t end, they will take appropriate legal action.” A spokesperson for T.I. and Tiny said in a statement.

The Atlanta rapper, T.I. also took to social media to share his thoughts. In an eight minute long Instagram video, T.I. defends himself and his wife from Peterson's accusations. Staying that the allegations against the two are egregious. T.I. goes on to say, “Women who have been victimized deserve to be heard. However, evil has no gender.”

This comes after he mentions he doesn’t want to open up his bedroom to comment on the matter. He emphatically says that anything he and his wife did was with consenting adults. Tiny also chimed in to discredit Peterson.

With that being said, Peterson rebuttals their statement stating that she has undergone a lie detector test to support that her claims are true.
