Jussie Smollett

According to Fox32, Dan K. Webb and the Office of Special Prosecutor's (“OSP”) completed their investigation regarding Jussie, and have decided to move forward with prosecution.

On January 29, 2019, Jussie was allegedly attacked by two men that morning near 300 block in Chicago. The two men were allegedly white males hurling racial and homophobic slurs.

Survalence from store cameras and nearby street cameras later showed the two masked men were Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundairo, two brothers who were former actors on the hit tv show "Empire".

The two brothers claimed Jussie orchestrated the events and went on to sue him for the extreme suffering they received.

Jussie is do in court February 24 at the Criminal Court Building at 26th and California. He is facing six counts of felony charges for disorderly conduct stemming from the four false reports made in 2019.
