Federal Judge Moreno granted Kodak Black's motion to "Correct Clerical Error". Last year when Kodak was sentenced, the judge said his criminal history was "Over Stated" and classified it as level two.
However, In the Presentence Investigation (PSI) report, it stated Kodak's prior criminal history as level three, which is much more serious than one and two.
The Bureau of Prisons allegedly dismissed this clerical error, which categorized Kodak as level three, sending him to the Big Sandy in Kentucky.
The judge granted the "Rule 46—Motion to Correct Clerical Error" which would put Kodak in a lower criminal history category and hopefully transferred to a facility closer to family.
With this clerical error and his gun case dismissed, Kodak may come home sooner than 2022.
