SUNNY ISLES BEACH, Fla. - A man was killed and a woman was wounded during a shootout Sunday outside the Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach, authorities said. Witnesses said the shooting started about 1:30 p.m. when two groups of rappers got into an argument outside the resort and exchanged gunfire.

However, police aren't confirming if it was an altercation between rappers.

Miami-Dade police Detective Alvaro Zabaleta said four people were detained after a silver GMC Yukon that left Sunny Isles Beach was found trying to enter the parking lot at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, where the Rolling Loud music festival was being held.

A friend of the man who was killed told Local 10 News reporter Sanela Sabovic that the victim, later identified by police as Mohamad Jradi, 43, was caught in the crossfire when the two entourages exchanged gunfire.

Paramedics took the 19-year-old survivor to Aventura Hospital. Her condition was not disclosed. Witnesses said the woman, identified by police as Kaylyn Long, was the girlfriend of rapper NBA YoungBoy, who was scheduled to perform Sunday at Rolling Loud.

A 5-year-old boy was also grazed by a bullet, but he was treated by paramedics at the scene.
